(1) The user name you filled in top up is different from registered, this will cause an error when third party verified.
(2) When you top up several times during a short period, the system may only capture one of the transactions.
(3) You have filled the wrong information when top-up.
(4) Sometimes the unsuccessful top-up is due to your explorer setting. Try to clear your cookies, if that still not working, were commend to change an explorer and try again.
2. Using Internet Banking to top up, the possible reason for unsuccessful transaction:
(1) You did not submit the relevant information(e.g.:Transaction time, Transaction code), So we can’t top up for you manually.
(2) You top up on our break time (Sunday, public holiday), we can’t top up for you manually until the next working day.
